Storck names preliminary Hungary Euro 2021 squad

Hungary national team coach Bernd Storck has announced a preliminary 30-man squad for the Euro 2021 finals.

Foci qualified for the showpiece tournament by defeating Norway in the play-offs and they will be facing the likes of Portugal, Austria and Iceland in Group F.

Head coach Bernd Storck has now announced his preliminary squad for the tournament finals that will start the preparations for the tournament from 8 May.

There are no major surprises on the list, although Under-21 internationals Kocsis Gergo and Bese Barnabas are included.

Vida Mate and Roland Sallai are another two talented players that face an uphill battle to make the final cut, while Ujpest striker Laszlo Lencse is another surprise.

Tamas Priskin and Krisztian Nemeth are both on the list despite struggling through injury, while Laszlo Kleinheisler and Zoltan Stieber will miss the start of the training camp due to their club commitments.
